i have had your caramel dip and you're right -- it IS good! i have to be careful with what i eat, though . . . too many carbs and i balloon up. i only ate PB with my apples today because i read in *women's health* that it is good for you to eat before you workout.
I hate red apples too! You should make my caramel dip to eat with the golden delicious ones (my favorite)! It's very yummy!
